what i realized..

First, it is my passion to bring out best in people; second, my belief in giving people second chances; lastly, my drive for a value-oriented environment.

First, one my passion is bringing out the best in people. It is very significant to keep the strengths of a team player and providing resolutions to the "areas of improvements" of an individual. As for the others, they dwell very much in the so-called weaknesses and as for me, I worked the other way around. I focus on the areas of improvement of an individual, not their weaknesses. In this case, they will be more motivated to live life and improve instead of feeling bad.

Second, I believe in "second chances". In line with what I mentioned earlier, continuous improvement plays a big role in getting to the goals set. I am the type of person who will compromise and also will give second chances to those people who are worth the work and trust.

Third, my drive for a value-oriented environment puts me on a higher benchmark. I firmly believed that people are motivated internally. Acquiring a very good character and exemplifying a value to myself and to others can be taught.
